1. Buy a Flip Camera.
I absolutely can't stand it when I hear ads on television where a business prides itself on having 97% customer satisfaction. That means you have done what the customer EXPECTED you to do, and you still have 3% telling everyone they know how horrible you and your business are. So why would you want to pride yourself on having "satisfied" customers?
How lame is your voicemail? Oh, I'm sorry, let me guess...you're either on the other line or away from your desk, right? And please, don't insult me and tell me how important my call is, it's important enough that I AM calling you. Or better yet, tell me what day it is, that's got to be the best...I must be a world class idiot to not know the day of the week!
