The "Big Dawg" Got Stolen

"Hey man, someone broke into my 'piece' of a car and stole my golf clubs. But the clubs were sweet. I just got them. I don't really golf that much, but they're new. Am I covered?"

Seriously, how many of us (who golf) keep our clubs in the trunk of our vehicle at all times? It's as though we just want to be prepared in case we hit the links. But are you covered if someone breaks into your vehicle and takes your clubs...or any of your "stuff" for that matter? That depends.

Do you have a renter's policy or homeowners policy? Your "stuff" (or personal property, to be proper) is covered anywhere in the world. And, if you have the...big word coming...Replacement Cost Endorsement, on your policy, then the insurance company will pay whatever it costs to replace the clubs you have (of like kind and quality). Minus your deductible of course.

Just keep in mind next time you leave all that stuff in your car.
